We are pleased to announce our next symposium to be held virutally on 2 March 2021 from 5 to 8pm CET. The event is open to ICLA members only. The discussion leaders will be expert members of the ICLA Board and will cover the following topics:
- Arbitration using the IBA or the Prague Rules?
- Allocation of liability for materials which are either unproven, or deemed usable at the design or construction phase, but prove inadequate
- The new ICC and LCIA Rules
